Somatica Sessions by Somatica Institute

Somatica Sessions is a Somatica® Institute series, showcasing the sex & relationship coaching practice of Dr. Danielle Harel, Ph.D. and Celeste Hirschman, MA. They are also the inspiration for the fictional TV series 'Here She Comes'.

The techniques and tools used in Somatica Sessions are applications of the Somatica® Method, developed by Celeste & Danielle over more than 15 years of study and practice. The Somatica Method invites people to move beyond shame, clarify their needs and boundaries, live emotionally connected and erotically embodied lives, and experience the joy and satisfaction of great sex and authentic relationships.

Each episode features a different client in session with Celeste or Danielle. The episodes are long form — with minimal editing — to capture the important discoveries and transformational insights that build over a single session. Each one is followed by the client’s reflection and a debrief between Celeste and Danielle.
