When anxiety sucks, hypnosis for anxiety doesn’t work like magic. But it does work. Clients say the style of hypnosis I use for anxiety creates a meaningful change in 3–5 sessions. That’s because I help you find the original hurtful events that cause your anxiety— the ones anxiety still thinks it needs to protect you from ever happening again. Then, through hypnosis, we take the sting out of these memories. They become something you can still recall, but they no longer affect you. This tells anxiety you’re not in danger. It stops barking, like when a guard dog is called off by its master and goes to sleep.

On this channel, I share the methods I use to help you overcome anxiety with hypnosis.
