The Somaliland Lawyers Association (SOLLA) is the premier bar association of Somaliland, representing over 500 professional lawyers across the country. Established in June 2004 under the Advocates’ Law (Law No. 30/04), SOLLA plays a leading role in strengthening the legal profession, promoting the rule of law, and safeguarding access to justice for all.
