SomaYama® BREATH | Somatic Breathwork

SomaYama® BREATH offers trauma-informed somatic breathwork and somatic movement in Nampa, Meridian, Boise, and Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

Founded by Norm and Toni, we offer private 1:1 somatic breathwork, group breathwork, Breathwork & Sound Baths, couples sessions, and SomaYama® MOVEMENT—a Somatic Ecstatic Experience led by Hidy Fredere, blending guided somatic movement, ecstatic dance-inspired freeform expression, music, and conscious breathing.

Our body-based approach supports stress relief, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with yourself—without pressure to talk through everything.

On this channel, explore breathwork education, real client journeys, somatic movement, and what happens when people return to a practice over time.

In-person, in-home, and virtual private sessions, private groups, retreats, and monthly memberships available. HSA/FSA cards accepted.
