Soma & Seraphim

Soma & Seraphim is a coldwave music project duo established in 2015 from Dayton, Ohio - United States.
Music conjured by the pair is drawn from genres under the goth umbrella.

From coldwave, darkwave, postpunk, branching into etherealwave, deathrock, martial-industrial neofolk, & the versatile extraction of melodies from the shadows within the dark parasol.
The duo are also influenced by other genres outside goth elements & re-translates ideas to properly assimilate them into the intended vision for the project.

Both act as a catalyst to tap into ethereal realms, manifesting what’s seen into tangible sound. Existing aspects of life & environments that surround them are reinterpreted into a dark soothing narrative.
Absorbing scenes of lonely flat fields & cold crumbling abandoned factories, to dilapidated Victorian structures contrasting next to urban decay of a deteriorating society.
