Sketchbook Birder

I’ve spent the past two decades travelling through the remote landscapes of Asia and Africa as a birdwatcher, wildlife photographer, and birding tour guide.

Some memories, however, remain too quiet for a camera alone.

Through ink and wash sketching, I keep a slower, more personal record of the people, places, birds, forests, and small moments encountered along the way.

This channel is about birds, bird watching, bird sketching, and slow travel.

Slow down. Observe. Sketch what stays with you.
