Sims Proper Properties

I’m building a whole sale real estate business from the ground up — publicly and honestly.

This channel documents: • Wholesale deals (real numbers)

• Seller conversations
• Buyer breakdowns
• Mistakes, lessons, wins

No fake Lambos. No guru talk.
Just proper real estate, done right.
