Simply Awake: A Laboratory for Awakening

Simply Awake is staffed by Jon Labman, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America. We offer a basic education about how to deal with being a human being and waking up as a spiritual being.  This first requires the Basic Human 101 skills that no one teaches us: how to work with thoughts, emotions, and  physical sensations. Without these basic skills, we all start life at a disadvantage that causes stress, suffering, relationship problems, financial missteps, career obstacles and life problems.  Using very simple principles, I teach people how to deal with themselves.  Once we have the human skills, there is room to look deeply into the underlying spiritual realities that we all intuit but don't know how to experience.  With simple instructions, most people can wake up to their nature as the Divine Itself in human form, simply.  You can be living a coherent and sane human life experiencing spiritual awakening, and Liberation.
