Simpler Wellness: Nutrition, Herbs, Vida

I LOVE food. I bet you do too. I also love the earth and living in the modern world. In this blog short video blog I'll be cooking foods, exploring ingredients, and giving out tips about nutrition and sustainable living. Most of my recipes will be soy-free and gluten free since those are my personal allergies and I think the general omnivors will enjoy them too.

I hope you enjoy following my cooking journey on my quest for delicious and naturally healthy food!
