SilverbackGorillaFilms Bboy

The Silverback Bboy Events platform was formed as a philanthropic initiative to support the competitive breaking community with funding for breaking events and competitive breakers, as well as business advice and legal resources for breakers. Silverback supported breaking showcases beginning in 1983 and breaking competitions beginning in 2011. In 2013, Cros1 of Freestyle Session aligned with Silverback to form UDEF, which is a 501(c)3 charitable entity. In 2014, UDEF created the Pro Breaking Tour, a series of prize money breaking competitions primarily hosted in North America. The Silverback Open Championships was a Champions Series event on UDEF’s Pro Breaking Tour and was hosted from 2014 through 2018. At the Silverback Open, many of the world’s top breakers gathered in one space for a competition that was open for ALL to participate and FREE of cost.
