Silent Interlude

Welcome! This is a channel for guided meditations to help you to connect with your inner peace.

I know how important meditation is in today's world, with many of us constantly over-thinking or rushing around in our busy lives. That's why I think it's so important for us to take the time to slow down.

I've decided to do guided meditations without music, as sometimes I've found music to be more distracting when I really want to sit within my own silence. If you think you might like this too then listen away, and I hope they provide value to you.

Also, I like taking feedback on board too so if you have a specific guided meditation in mind I will be happy to create one.

And finally, please comment, like, and subscribe to help this channel grow. Thank you!

Sending you peace and good vibes :)
