SightUnseenMe Foundation

SightUnseen.me Foundation is building the first structured, scalable transition system for adults navigating vision loss—bridging diagnosis to independence.

Through our National Care Model™, we connect individuals and families with advocacy, stability, accessible technology, community resources, and one-on-one support. Our voice-first intake, Advocate Buddy™, and 12-Week Transition & Stabilization Program help people take the first step after diagnosis.

Here you’ll find education, lived experience, accessibility resources, program updates, partner stories, and our work to ensure no one faces vision loss alone.

You may have lost sight, but you have not lost purpose, community, or possibility.
