I’m Shubhra Jain, a Classical Hatha Yoga teacher with over 1,750 hours of training at the Isha Yoga Centre in India, founded by Sadhguru. I teach structured programmes that give you the tools to practise independently and experience the benefits of yoga through consistency.

Here, I share practice guidance, yogic insights and reflections on bringing yoga into everyday life.

Before teaching yoga, I worked in finance. My own practice changed the direction of my life and led me to spend six months training at the Isha Yoga Centre. I now teach to help others discover what a committed practice can bring to their lives.
