Through, Gospel messages, scripture, flag movement and music including words of encouragement, Frances ministers to the hearts of individuals with disabilities and their families — creating a space where every person is seen, valued, and invited into the most vital relationship of all: a relationship with Jesus.

Through this platform, the goal is to present a valid opportunity for every individual — regardless of ability — to hear and receive the Gospel message in a way that is clear, loving, and accessible.

If a shepherd has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray? And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray.    Matthew 18: 10-14
