Sherpa App

Sherpa helps you quit porn by building a life that's too full for it.

Most relapses happen at 1am, alone in your room, with the phone in bed next to you. Willpower matters, of course. It's just weakest right then. So this channel is about the hours before it, like sleep or a walk with friends. And it's about the morning after a bad night, when a slip is something to learn from.

We also show how we're building the app. You name something you actually want, like learning guitar or making your 8am class. The app turns it into one small step a day with a set time and place. In the hours you pick, the Shield blocks the apps that usually start the spiral. And when an urge hits anyway, a guided urge surfing session helps you ride it out.

None of this is new. Urge surfing and if-then plans have been studied for decades, and we'll always tell you where an idea comes from.

Sherpa is a habit app and doesn't replace a doctor or therapist.
