Sheila Weber - Confidare Leadership

Hi, I’m Sheila Weber. Welcome to Confidare Leadership.

This channel is for mid-level nonprofit leaders — directors, department heads, and managers who sit 1–3 levels from the C-suite and are trying to translate strategy into action through real people, real constraints, and real complexity.

Here, we talk about the leadership work that has to survive Monday morning.

Communication that creates clarity.
Team development that builds capacity instead of dependency.
Performance conversations that are direct and human.
Change management that doesn’t pretend people are machines.
Resilience that isn’t just “push through harder.”
And leadership vision that helps you stay grounded when everything feels urgent.

No hype.
No executive theater.
No advice that sounds good in a workshop but falls apart the minute you open your inbox.

Just practical tools, steady questions, & doable next steps built for your seat.

Subscribe if this helps you lead with more clarity, steadiness, & follow-through.
