Sharon Lemoine is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP, FNP-C) with 28 years in medicine, 25 in emergency care, and over 100,000 patients treated. 

She is the founder of Gig Harbor Medical Spa and Concierge Medicine in Washington State, specializing in hormone optimization, perimenopause and menopause care, weight loss, functional medicine, peptide therapy, and gut health.

As a Type 1 diabetic, thyroid cancer survivor, and woman navigating surgical menopause, Sharon brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to every video.
