Sharon Clare

My work is guided by a simple purpose — to help people feel safe, calm, and empowered from within.
After over 35 years in healthcare, including NHS and senior leadership roles, I followed my path into Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy, bringing together neuroscience, compassion, and intuition to support genuine change.
I’m particularly passionate about helping people facing medical treatment, surgery, or radiotherapy, where mind-body tools can make a profound difference to comfort and wellbeing.
Sessions available in Lisburn, Belfast, Garvagh, and online.
