Shanny Advisory

Honest, plain-spoken information on buying, building and investing in property in Bali. I'm Shanny Poijes. In Indonesia I'm a developer, a director of PT Core Group Indonesia, building a residential community in Seseh, Bali. Internationally I work as a real estate development specialist, advising buyers and investors. Here you'll find what the rules actually say, what happens on the ground, and the questions to ask before money moves.

Said Out Loud: full conversations with the lawyers, consultants and builders who work with Bali's rules every day.
