Alexis Urquhart

My name is Alexis Urquhart and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am a believe of Christ and striving to be the best person, mother, spouse, sister, daughter and friend I can be. This channel is designed to unite us together on this journey called life. Normalizing, embracing, discussing the challenges of life as something we ALL experience to avoid suffering in silence. You’ll find content that I hope will inspire you, motivate you, educate you & as you comment your feedback I get to learn from you as well.
So I say Welcome, Welcome, Welcome and I hope you enjoy. Even if you don’t, thanks for stopping by!
