Self Aware Women - Creating Potential for Change

Are you tired of the anxiety, mental chatter and second-guessing?

Do you find yourself worrying about what other people think, saying yes when you want to say no, or constantly wondering if you're good enough?

Maybe, from the outside, you appear to have it all together. But inside, you know you want something to feel different. You just don't know how.

Self-awareness is where change begins.

At Self Aware Women, I help women understand and challenge anxiety, stop meeting other people's expectations, and build healthier boundaries — including learning how and when to say no.

When you understand yourself more deeply, you can make different choices. And different choices can change your life.

My professional background in psychology and coaching, combined with my lifelong journey with anxiety, people-pleasing and personal growth, means I understand the challenges.

You don't have to have everything figured out.

Become curious and begin.
