Selen Gizay

I dance, I travel, and I share what I learn along the way.

As an artist who has been dancing for 20 years and practicing Contact Improvisation for the past 10, I follow the threads of movement, the body, and the journeys that shape us.

From Ayurveda in India to dance camps across Europe, from Contact Improvisation jams in Ankara to the people I meet in different corners of the world, I explore how movement connects us to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us.

Here you'll find:
• Travel & dance documentaries
• Contact Improvisation & movement diaries
• Reflections on the body, freedom & connection
• Discoveries from different places and cultures

A little dance, a little travel, and a little bit of life itself.
