Second Humanity

Rooted in Jesus. Receiving life from God. Sharing love with our neighbor.

Second Humanity is a project rooted in the life and teaching of Jesus. We begin with life and love received from God, and ask how that gift becomes care for the person before us.

Through essays, listening, and shared practice, we examine inherited beliefs, attend to the pressures shaping us, and return to the neighbor. Our work joins inquiry with ordinary acts: listening, keeping a promise, sharing a meal, repairing harm, and making room for a stranger.

You are welcome here with your questions. Receive love. Return to your neighbor. Let the life you receive become the love you share.
