Scott Smith The Financial Freedom Plan

Scott's Financial Freedom Plan is a proposed bill for Congress. It would eliminate all the taxes we pay today, and replace them with a simple 0.5% Flow Tax, dramatically reducing the tax you pay on any money you receive. The Financial Freedom Plan would pay off the national debt in less than ten years, while also providing every citizen basic income, free healthcare, and a free higher education. Instead of running a chronic deficit and paying trillions in interest each year, our nation would have a multi-trillion dollar surplus and could establish a sovereign wealth fund that would increase our basic income each year.
