SavageMfer | Jared Wood | Coach

SavageMfer | Mindset, Resilience & Moving Forward with Jared Wood

I’ll shoot you straight: life doesn’t follow your plan. You can still choose your next step.

I’m Jared Wood, author of The Myth and the Mountain, founder of Moving Forward, with a Ph.D. in sport psychology and 25 years of coaching experience.

From climbing Aconcagua to losing my wife, Celeste, I share honest perspectives on grief, mental toughness, leadership, and growth.

We challenge personal development myths and explore influence versus control, overcoming setbacks, and rebuilding confidence after loss.

Through coaching, I help you live fiercely and intentionally as you work toward your own mountaintop.

For athletes, leaders, and anyone facing a difficult chapter—moving forward means carrying your story with you.
