Sauna and Sobriety

Sauna and Sobriety, founded in May 2023, exists to introduce sauna to new audiences as a holistic experience that includes a collective welcome and somatic healing practices, conversation in community, and a supportive alcohol-free environment. Our events invite people in who might have anxiety, hesitation, or disinterest in our typical adult social experiences, and deliver a healthy social experience that makes connection and healing possible.
