Sarina Coventry - Clinical EFT Tapping

Welcome and I am so glad you're here!

This is a space for you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and feel more at ease. Whether you're a current client or new to EFT Tapping, here, you’ll find soothing EFT tapping exercises, somatic practices, and simple ways to support your nervous system—all designed to help you feel more grounded, safe, and regulated.

As a former women’s health Nutritionist (BHSc) and clinical EFT tapping practitioner, I’m here to guide you with warmth and care, offering follow-along tapping scripts and education to help you understand and support yourself on a deeper level.

Take a breath, settle in, and explore. And if you ever feel called to go deeper, I’d love to support you in a 1:1 session 💛
