Hello!  I'm a 20 year private practice therapist specializing in adult and adolescent women based in Asheville, NC and Golden, CO (and online of course!).  Over the years I've gathered 1000's of data points of what works for people in their journey to becoming emboldened and intentional.   I've tracked common themes the women who walk into my office share.  After years of women saying, 'Ohh this is actually a thing?" I thought, it's time to normalize so many experiences women have just internally and share them out into the world for all to benefit!   
I think of this channel as my professional love letter to all you women out there!
