Sanus Wellness

I am a holistic health coach here to share some educational info about health, recipes, snippets of advice regarding all things health and wellness.

I'm a Gen X lady, so be warned, most of my videos are coming from this perspective as a woman entering my menopause era. I hope to reach other women going through perimenopause and menopause so you can be armed with the information to help you along your way.

I also have information for those suffering with autoimmune disorders, got health issues, and insomnia. So like and follow my page and I hope to see you all back soon. If you have any special requests, please feel free to send them to me.
