Sammy & G 1:1 Diet by Caimbridge Weight Plan

AWARD WINNING GOLD CHAMPION CONSULTANT 2019 - 2023

Hello we are Sam and G!

Sammy's weight loss journey started 21 years ago when I had my daughter. Her body changed lots and I gained weight. She had tried lots of diets but never got close to her pre baby weight. It was making her so unhappy she knew she needed to take control & step out of her comfort zone.

She made the call to her local 1:1 Diet Plan and started the weight plan, she wasn’t sure if she would be able to stick to it but she was going to give it my best shot. She actually realised that it was the reverse, she loved that it was so simple & straight forward. No weighing & measuring.

I offer:
One to one support (no group weigh ins!)
Free BMI Check
Personal support
Motivational daily messages
