Sammy Ellis

Official YouTube channel of Sammy Ellis, a British pop-rock singer-songwriter and author based in Southport, Merseyside. Known for powerful, smoky husky vocals, cinematic builds and anthemic choruses, Sammy writes about identity, survival, love, healing, hope and second chances.
Her 2026 debut album, Becoming Sam, turned lived experience into a bold story of change and self-discovery. Standout releases include “Shine in the Mirror,” “For Those Who Come After” and “A Dream Goes Viral Today,” with airplay from BBC Introducing in Merseyside on BBC Radio Merseyside.
Following the Alive Again EP and “Boots Down My Own Road (Country Version),” Sammy’s festive single “Christmas Lights in Our Hearts” arrives ahead of her second studio album, Wasted Potential, due in 2027 — a darker, bolder and more fearless chapter.
