Most frameworks in the therapy and coaching world assume the problem is that you don't know yourself well enough, or haven't processed enough, or need better tools for managing what comes up. The Undoing starts from a different place.

Neuroscientist Lisa Feldman Barrett's research suggests that experience isn't triggered or fixed — it's constructed, continuously, from bodily state, context, and culture. Which raises a question: if experience is constructed, can it be reconstructed?

That's what the sessions explore — using the Sedona Method as an inquiry process. Not to be told how things are, but to discover it directly. Nothing needs to be believed in advance.
