Salient Lifestyle Center

Salient Center is a lifestyle education project, founded by Ashwani Garg, MD, Terri Dallas, MD, and Gabriel Bardan, aiming to foster and restore people's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in Northwestern Chicagoland and beyond, by providing lifestyle consultations and education programs.

Chronic medical conditions are the leading causes of death worldwide, with over 1,000,000 deaths in the US alone. 40% of cancer deaths and 80% of cardiovascular deaths are preventable by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Most complications for COVID-19 patients occurred in those with chronic medical conditions. There is an urgent need for lifestyle education in our society, and Salient Lifestyle Center was founded to meet that need.
