Sacramento Sweet Spot

Thinking about moving to the Sacramento area? Start here.

Cheaper than the coast. About two hours from Tahoe, Napa, and San Francisco. Great weather, the American River through town, and a house that costs a lot less.

I'm Mickey OBrien, a licensed California broker who was born here, raised a family here, and ran businesses here for 30 years. I walk the neighborhoods on camera and tell you what's good, what isn't, and where I'd look if I were you. Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Folsom, Roseville, Elk Grove, Midtown, and more.
