Welcome to Systema Russian martial art of self defense by SystemaS which presents all the branches of the Systema. 
I quickly introduce myself my name is David JOAQUIM I am passionate about the systematics. How to learn or discover the systema through my videos and tutorials.
My martial background: judo, aikido, French boxing, KRAV MAGA, and KAPAP.
I found the Systema through biomechanics and there the click I had found a simple Russian martial art made for me without:
grade, technique, protection, particular soil but above all no prohibitions except that of benevolence of course.
