Sustainable Youth Organisations project

Sustainable Youth Organisations (SYO) is a free platform helping youth organisations become stronger and less dependent on a single founder.

Created by organisations from Denmark, Spain, and Italy, SYO tackles the “founder’s dilemma” with practical resources for leadership transition, digital management, and strategic planning.

This channel shares SYO tools and guidance to help mentors and emerging leaders co-create real plans and improve everyday processes — so youth work can thrive long-term.
