Hello and welcome. This channel is operated by the staff & volunteers of the Halifax Particular Council (HPC) in Nova Scotia, Canada.  The HPC is made up of SSVP conferences (teams) from the Halifax side of HRM, the counties of Colchester and Lunenburg, and the towns of Amherst and Wolfville.
