Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023

With the Special Olympics World Games, the world's largest inclusive sports event took place in Berlin from 17 to 25 June 2023. 7,000 athletes with intellectual and multiple disabilities competed together in 26 sports and Unified Sports® competitions. With the World Games, we are aiming to achieve an immediate and permanent change of consciousness in the society and support the self-determined participation of people with intellectual disabilities. Our vision: an inclusive society, driven by the power of sports.
