Skills Initiative for Africa Financial Cooperation

Skills Initiative for Africa is an African Union Commission intervention implemented by the African Union Development Agency, financed by the German Government and the European Union.

SIFA Financial Cooperation (SIFA FC), with financing through KfW Development Bank, provides grants for selected projects through a competitive evaluation process in the following eight countries: Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Togo, and Tunisia.
