The SHINE Mentor Leadership Program

The national award wining SHINE Mentor Leadership Program is a free and unique opportunity offered to Yuma County high school students. Arizona Western College and Arizona Department of Education approved a new Organizational Leadership Certificate tailored for SHINE's Mentor Program courses. 

SHINE works closely with the local elementary schools, the Boys and Girls Club, the STEDY Program, Yuma Crossing Rotary, and Kids at Hope's Yuma Chapter.
