I have 15 years of experience operating sober livings, senior housing, and transitional housing. I have opened over 20 homes and housed over 30,000 people in group homes since 2010. I talk about everything shared housing. Check out my podcast, The Coliving Code, where I join Katrina from @grouphomeonautopilot, and we have a lot of fun talking about our experiences with group homes.

• How to operate and manage group homes either passively or hands-on.
• How to build systems that create time and financial freedom
• You will learn how to launch and grow your own group home business
• Get live breakdowns of real business issues, dilemmas, and answers to your questions!
