Let me introduce myself: My name is Sherin, I'm the owner of SADYA - welcome to my cooking channel!

I'm here to show you that anyone can cook—you just need to master some basics, embrace your mistakes, and build your confidence. You’ve got this, and I’ll be your cheerleader in the kitchen every step of the way! 🎉

My cooking style is a fusion of South Indian flavours and South African techniques. As a Malayali (someone from Kerala, India) living in Cape Town, with South African upbringing, I bring the best of both worlds to my kitchen. 

I’m all about bold, spicy, umami-packed flavors with a touch of sweetness here and there. So, join me in 2026 as we whip up some delicious eats together!

I’m passionate about Kerala food and sharing the joy of cooking. I’m a wife, a mom to two wonderful boys, and I left my corporate job to run my home business full-time SADYA.
