Tamil Martial Arts Canada Ruthranaagam

Our school preserves the living legacy of ancient Tamil martial arts, including Silambam, Varma Kalai, Adimurai, Kuthu Varisai, Vasi Yogam, and traditional Varma Medicine. These practices unite combat, healing, breath, and inner discipline into a complete martial path.

Classes are conducted at Harmony Fitness in Pickering, while personalized Varma treatments are provided privately at the master’s residence. Through authentic training and guidance, students cultivate strength, awareness, and self-realization rooted in Tamil tradition.
