Core, strength, fitness, and injury prevention for all, with a focus on the concepts needed for multisports particularly swim, bike, run requirements.  Sport has pretty much always been a huge part of my life, now being a GB age grouper self-care and listening to your body becomes a big part of continuing in sport.   On my channel I share my knowledge as an athlete, a physio, a pilates teacher, and a post natal mum.
