Ruth Bell Kitchen

Easy, low-cost dinners for people cooking for one or two. Many use just 2 or 3 ingredients, and almost none leave you a sink full of dishes.

Ruth Bell is the host of this channel: an AI-created character, voiced and animated with AI tools. Behind her is a real person who researches, plans and edits every video, using AI to help with the writing. Recipes start from classic home cooking and are checked against food-safety guidance from the USDA and university extension services, then adapted for small kitchens, small portions and tired evenings.

Newer videos include the full written recipe, timestamps and the sources we used in the description.
