RitW - BreakBoard Action

Shakespeare said "All the world’s a stage", if that's the case; there's rubbish in the wings!
Based in Torbay, Devon. BreakBoard action focuses on a community first approach to tackling litter, environmental harm and anti-social behaviours.

By litter picking, beach cleaning, graffiti removal, park maintenance and restoration of signs & equipment, we take the places we live and turn them into places to love.

Litter-picking is reactive, undoing the damage of others. BreakBoard Action aims to be proactive too, to help prevent the damage before it's ever done. By engaging with the community, speaking to schools, supporting other local groups and organising community actions.
We can also be proactive by using anti-graffiti treatments, investing in the local area to support an area which people can take pride in, rather than treat like their own dumping ground.
