ROUTINE OF YOUR DAY

Welcome to Routine of Your Day.

If you're over 45 and you want to get stronger, move better, and be ready for whatever life throws at you — you're in the right place. This channel isn't hype, and it isn't for the 22-year-old gym crowd. It's practical strength training, first aid and CPR skills, and the daily routines and discipline to make it all stick — built for real people with real lives.

Here's what you get every week:

Strength and fitness training built for bodies over 45
First aid and CPR knowledge that could save someone you love
Routines, discipline, and mindset that actually hold up under pressure

I'm Rocket Rod — First Aid and CPR instructor with Perrimed for over 25 years, former federal parole officer, gym owner, personal trainer, and award-winning author of Big Dog Front Seat: Real Self Esteem.
