Route 61 (International)

Every child should grow up in a safe, loving home where they are valued and belong. The nurturing care of parents & family is the best place for this to happen, but sadly, for many, this is not their reality.

When Their Parents Can't Be, We Are

Parents provide stability, security, protection & a sense of belonging. When separated from a loving home, children are at risk. Many face mental issues, such as depression, anxiety, & post-traumatic stress, with negative outcomes like self-destructive behaviour, poor academic performance & low self-esteem.

Since 2016, we have partnered with statutory children's institutions in Western Kenya to, directly & indirectly, help reunite children with home. As a Christian faith-based organisation, we reinforce & promote the essential work of The Chaplaincy for the Department of Children's Services by providing spiritual needs of staff & children.
