Roundhouse Records

Roundhouse was founded by Nigel Rhys Watson and houses original productions and remixes from my adventures as Stoneshoes, Chickenskin, and Curry Goat Sound.

Stoneshoes

Blending the soul of indie rock and folk with the pulse of dub, the swirl of psychedelia, and the warmth of acoustic textures, I create music that’s as much about feeling as it is about sound. Each track is an exploration—looking into the past, learning for the future, and capturing the raw emotion that lives in between. In a world of AI-produced music, I make mine as live and human as possible. If it can’t be played unplugged, it doesn’t belong in my world.

Nigel Rhys Watson is Chickenskin — the three-headed love child of technology, funk, and dance. Built on live bass and guitars, filtered through machines and mood, Chickenskin’s sound lives in the space between the organic and the electronic. Wired, weird, and untamed, it’s dance music that doesn’t fit a box — mysterious, raw, and alive.
