Learning Experience Design for Changemakers

Learning experience design for nonprofit and museum leaders who want volunteer training, staff onboarding, and educational programs that actually work, without rebuilding from scratch every season.

I’m Renee Koster, a learning experience designer and strategist with 20+ years in education and learning.

This is also the home of the Learning Experience Design for Changemakers podcast: practical frameworks, honest stories, and conversations with the leaders keeping children-serving organizations’ doors open.

Your content isn’t the problem. Your design process is.
Everything here is built on my Roots to Canopy Method: start with the transformation, not the content.

You’ll learn how to:
- Design volunteer and staff training that sticks the first time
- Build programs that keep running when people leave
- Use purposeful engagement instead of adding more content

New episodes every Wednesday.
